These Terms of Use apply to all apps provided by Sakanapps (the “Apps”). By using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.
1Introduction
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Apps. We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
2Prohibited Uses
- Registering images created with the Apps, or works that use them as material, as trademarks or designs.
- Distributing the Apps illegally, modifying them, or incorporating them into other systems without permission.
3Using the Images You Create
Except for the prohibited uses above, you are free to use images created with the Apps for any purpose, personal or commercial. For example:
- Printing on merchandise, books, and other products
- Creating digital products such as stickers
- Making physical rubber stamps
- Cutting or engraving data for laser cutters and similar machines
- Graphics for websites and social media
- Portraits for name tags or member directories
You may also share, repost, and edit the images freely. Credit is not required, and you do not need to ask for permission or let us know.
4Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the Apps.
- If you use photos or images in the Apps that are protected by copyright or other rights, such as the rights of the people shown, you do so at your own responsibility. We are not liable for any dispute between you and the rights holder.
- We may stop distributing the Apps without notice if continued development becomes difficult.
5Copyright
The copyright of the Apps belongs to the developer, Masako Sakanashi. Third-party software, fonts, and other materials belong to their respective owners.
